As the Home Manager, you'll spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering unparalleled care experiences. Your mission? To elevate clinical standards, infuse every aspect of care with warmth and compassion, and pioneer new approaches to elderly care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated clinical team, ensuring top-notch care in all areas, from relationship-centered to dementia care.

- Recruit and cultivate a team that shares our vision of holistic, person-centered care.
- Drive excellence in staffing, prioritizing quality and expertise in person-centered and clinical care.
- Forge strong connections with commissioners and stakeholders, fostering a network of support and collaboration.
Experience Required:
- Nursing qualification or previous commissioning experience preferred.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale nursing homes, ideally with 40+ beds.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for transforming nursing home environments.
- Expertise in residential, nursing, and dementia care disciplines.
