Commissioning Manager

Our brand new Greenholme House Care Homein Burley, Wharfedale is opening in 2024 and we are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manger like you! Drawing on your expertise in managing all aspects of the home, including marketing, sales, recruitment, and ensuring the home runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, professional standards and business performance targets.

Greenholme House Care home hold 70 beds and specialises in residential and dementia care. We strive on providing person-centred care, delivering excellent quality outcomes and supporting our residents and our teams is very important to us and we are looking for someone to join our team, who can really shine and make a difference to the lives of others by demonstrating warmth and leadership.

As a Commissioning Manager you will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological, and social care needs are met.  You will be the focal point of all family, resident and professionals contact in the home.

Your team will be extremely important too, looking to provide inspirational leadership and daily management. You will undertake regular staff recruitment, embedding an open culture to empower your staff to be the best team possible, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.

As a commissioning manager we require the following:

• 3 years managerial experience 
• 4 years experience within the care home sector 
• Excellent knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA.
