Commrcial Tech Solicitor/1 day in the office a week

I am currently working with a Top Legal 500 Law firm looking for a Commercial Tech Lawyer to join their team. 

They have a diverse client base which spans across various industries, including technology, telecoms, logistics, manufacturing, sports, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, food and drink, and retail.

As a Commercial Tech Lawyer, your responsibilities include managing complex legal and commercial matters, both as one-off transactions and within ongoing business relationships. This involves direct collaboration with clients to achieve successful outcomes, working with a team on major projects, and handling the drafting and negotiation of a broad spectrum of commercial and tech contracts. Additionally, providing support and guidance to junior team members is a crucial aspect of the role.

To excel in this position, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Tech Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively communicating complex analyses. They value team players who are enthusiastic about contributing to a growing department. The role requires the ability to work autonomously while also fostering effective collaboration within a team. A self-motivated individual with a desire to cultivate robust relationships with clients and colleagues, possessing sound legal analysis, client management, and drafting skills, is an ideal fit.
