Location: Reading – Hybrid working

As a Comm Lead your main responsibilities will be: 

• Accountable for producing aggregated plans and materiel to support technology adoption in support of programme timelines, and deconflicting with other activities in AWE. Accountable for the delivery governance process. Accountable for key business stakeholder network management. Accountable for tracking and measurement approach. Accountable for highlighting and resolving escalations. Accountable for team delivery. Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees listed within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities, as held in the company management system. Deliver user engagements as appropriate Create plans, content and feedback mechanisms following the ADKAR approach Assure the delivery of third party contributions in accordance with respective contracts Team Management The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Stakeholder Management Business management and communications

Must hold active SC Clearance
