The Future ERP and Shared Services Provision (FESSP) team is a joint team of professionals from across several professions, and is a key, high profile programme to shape the future of functional technology and services across DBT. The team is responsible for DBT’s approach to future HR and Finance technology upgrades to Cloud technology and devising DBT’s approach to Shared Service Centre arrangements for operational teams in the Department. This is a new, ambitious, and exciting portfolio of work that enables work across other wider government departments and agencies who DBT are partnered with to deliver new services. The team works closely with a broad range of corporate services professionals to enhance the offer across DBT.
As the team grows and develops, we are now looking for a Communication & Engagement Manager to work within the Business Change and Engagement team and help us achieve this exciting and ambitious agenda. The post holder will get the chance to be involved in various aspects of HR and Finance transformation through the programme, giving them exposure to work in the HR, Finance, Project Delivery and Digital space.
To design, plan and manage the delivery of communication and engagement activities across the FESSP programme.
The successful candidate will:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with the wider FESSP programme team and stakeholders.
- Manage the design, development and delivery of a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for the FESSP programme.
- Create and maintain communication and engagement documentation for projects and programme delivery.
- Manage the roll out of consistent and timely communication across the Department, working with internal communications and transformation colleagues within DBT.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and collate information to assess change impact and support in the provision of analysis to aid decision making on communication and engagement activities.
