The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Communications and Content Officer to support the messaging and resources coming out of the Provost Office around our ArdenNEXT project.

ArdenNEXT is a Student Outcomes Enhancement Plan, designed to ensure we provide excellent support to our students, equipping them with the skills and qualifications they need for future job success, whilst enabling our dedicated colleagues to deliver exceptional education to our students across the globe.

This role will be responsible for planning and owning content, as well as day-to-day execution and delivery of key messages and resources from the Provost Office, helping to build a stronger and more positive relationship with our Academic teams as well as wider university teams through the ArdenNEXT transformation project. This will be a multi-purpose role with support around communications, branded resources and video production.

About You:   

We are looking for a marketing and communications expert with a background in the Higher Education sector, experience of collaborating with academic teams, and a good understanding of the unique challenges faced by a diverse student body. You will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful communication and Content strategies, along with experience of planning and producing video content.

We are looking for a creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends, who has exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail.  You will have strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
