SalaryI’m currently working with a client in the transport sector who are looking for a new Communications and Engagement Specialist to join their Internal Communications Team. This would be a perfect a role for someone who is confident with writing, passionate about Communications and social media, and enjoys engaging with people.
This is a temp-perm opportunity.
Key accountabilities:
- Drafting and editing communications copy and material
- ssisting with the implementation of internal and external communications strategies and projects
- Providing comms-related administrative support to internal teams
- Drafting and posting social media and web content according to the company’s social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, company website)
- Create, source and manage content for our internal app that is due to launch in early 2024
- Ability to manage comments on social media and our website while providing constructive/professional responses
- Support distribution of communications
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the business
- Employee engagement
- Managing brand image
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and the ability to work under pressure
- Social media experience
- Experience using design programmes such as Canva and Adobe is an advantage
