The Accord Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Communication & Marketing Lead to maintain and develop a distinct and positive corporate identity and brand for the Trust and its academies.
The successful candidate will deliver and develop as required a Communications and Marketing strategy and associated tactical plans in line with the development and growth aims of the Trust. You will play an active role in all aspects of the Trust’s Communications and Marketing and provide input, support and advice to the Executive Team and Principals/Headteachers. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present innovative, ambitious and creative marketing campaigns and strategies to a range of stakeholders.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust, promoting our academies to pupils, students, parents, potential future employees and the wider communities. You will build on existing relationships and links with our local community groups and organisations, and enhance engagement opportunities with our primary pyramids/academies. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant field, ideally with a marketing or communications focus.
