Reed Marketing and Creative are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Communications Executive to join a collaborative Communications team on a part-time basis for a 6-month interim period. This role is essential in supporting the communications team during a significant change project. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling documents, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to produce various collateral.
Day to Day of the role:
- Develop and design engaging slide decks, scripts, and documents to support communication strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful posters, content for the SharePoint site, and materials for external PR.
- Utilise Canva to create visually appealing content.
- Take a hands-on approach to manage and execute communication tasks efficiently.
- Adapt to a flexible hybrid working model and contribute to the team’s success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other content creation tools.
- Experience in creating and managing communication materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and roll up sleeves to get the job done.
