Communications Manager

Denholm is delighted to be working with Warmworks, one of our key clients, who is looking to recruit a talented Communications Manager, to spearhead the communications strategy and contribute to the mission of excellence in the energy sector.

We are seeking a skilled Communications Leader to elevate the company brand, manage reputation, and drive impactful internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities in role:

Internal & External Comms:
* Develop and execute an innovative communications strategy, positioning Warmworks as a market leader.
* Spearhead the development, rollout, and evaluation of an internal communications approach fostering effective employee engagement and our core values.
* Evaluate and enhance existing communication channels for optimal impact.

Events:
* Design, deliver, and evaluate an events programme that enhances Warmworks' reputation and showcases our service offerings.
* Manage event budgets to ensure objectives are met with value for money.

Brand Development:
* Lead the development of diverse content types meeting brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
* Oversee in-house graphic design and review/approve graphics from colleagues and suppliers.
* Ensure Warmworks' website, social media, and intranet content align with brand guidelines.
* Proactively support senior managers in driving good communication practices.

PR & Media
* Maintain relationships with external agencies and commission external suppliers strategically.
* Ensure value for money and the achievement of strategic aims in all external engagements.

Experience we are looking for:
* Proven track record in delivery of communications activity at a strategic level
* Experience of social media and website content management
* Proven track record of effective media management
* Experience of managing a team
* A team player and proven relationship builder
* Enthusiastic and interested in helping people
