Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford Grade 5: £28,759 - £33,966 per annum Fixed-term contract to 31 July 2027, full time The  Skoll Centre , which sits within Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, has a 20-year history of equipping entrepreneurial leaders for impact within and beyond business. Our success has attracted renewed funding which will enable us to extend our work beyond social entrepreneurship. Our new strategy involves developing research-led insights on how to lead, organise, finance, measure, and scale systemic change, which will fuel learning programmes for students at Oxford and entrepreneurial leaders globally. The strategy is underpinned by a new organisational structure, and we are now looking for five people to complete that structure. To ensure we do this in a coherent and effective way, we have advertised for three senior roles already and are now recruiting to fill two supporting roles. If you have the skills and expertise to help take the Skoll Centre through its next phase of growth, we very much want to hear from you. The Communications and Marketing Coordinator will help to develop and implement marketing and communications activities to enhance and strengthen the Skoll Centre’s brand, both locally in Oxford and globally. Key responsibilities: Monitor and moderate the Skoll Centre’s social media accounts, including content creation, evaluation and analysis. Develop copy for the website, social media, and other printed and digital materials. Support the creation of reports and presentations for various external audiences, including editing and proofreading. Produce regular communications across research initiatives, educational programmes and community events, including campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop outreach campaigns to promote the Centre’s offerings, including the Skoll Scholarship and Impact Lab. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge professional relationships are crucial. In addition, the candidate should be a proactive and enthusiastic team player, demonstrating self-motivation.
