Here at Mole Valley Farmers, we are currently recruiting for a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team, to support our Head of Communications and Events in shaping and developing our communications strategy.
You will play a key part in delivering projects and activities that significantly enhance all aspects of Mole Valley Farmers internal and external communications activities. This is a vital role, fundamental in helping us build business reputation and profile with our external audiences and developing staff engagement across our business.
Part of our strategy is to raise awareness and understanding of our business externally, with a key priority to enhance engagement with our Farmer Shareholders and farming customers so an interest in the agricultural industry would be advantageous.
You will also be the driving force in the development and delivery of internal communications across a large and complex business, with the primary aim to drive employee engagement and work with the HR team to develop our employer brand.

- Experience working within a communications or public relations role
- In depth understanding of the role internal & external communications play in enhancing a brand and driving engagement
- Strong communications knowledge with practical experience of strategy development, communications planning and subsequent implementation across print and digital channels
