An exciting role has arisen in our Communities, Partnership and Cohesion team, within this role you will work both strategically and tactically. Strategically, you will work with the Design out crime officers to research emerging national schemes that affect policies and strategies impacting on the built environment. Tactically, monitor new planning applications and refurbishments of existing developments that may impact on the levels of crime and disorder within the BCU areas. Write case studies and conduct cost -benefit analysis from existing and previous projects to evaluate their effectiveness on reducing crime and disorder.

This role will commence in September 2024 and to be eligible you must possess a degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
