As a Customer Liaison Advisor, your duties will be:
- Managing relationships with clients and supervisors to identify issues and putting in effective plans in place to resolve
- Managing councillor queries, press queries, compensation queries
- Ensuring accurate notes are recorded
- Assisting and co-operating with the client and Customer service team in the investigation of complaints
- Providing performance reports for customer service manager and clients monthly
- Collecting negative feedback data recieved
- Helping in organaising community events
As the successful Customer Liaison Advisor, you will have the following:
- Complaints handler/ Customer relations/ Customer service/ Customer Liaison/ Resident Liaison experience
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Great customer service experience
- Have clean UK Drivers License
- Previous property maintenance or construction experience would be beneficial
The successful Customer Liaison Advisor will receive:
