Position Details:

* Job Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Crisis
* Band: 6
* Location: West Midlands
* Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
* Schedule: Long days / Full-time
* Start Date: ASAP
* Rate of Pay: �26 per hour

Role Overview:
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse specialising in crisis care, you will play a critical role in providing essential support and care to patients within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting regular home visits to ensure patient needs are thoroughly met.
* Administering medications at scheduled times to effectively address patient needs.
* Engaging in in-depth conversations to understand and monitor patient conditions, identifying any improvements or setbacks.
* Performing comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the safety of patients and create a secure environment during their treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Active registration with the NMC as a Mental Health Nurse.
* Demonstrated community experience.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A strong commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care.
