Community Care Workers - Hilltown

NWCare is a domiciliary care agency who have been supporting people across Northern Ireland for over 50 years in Healthcare. We have expanded with our office now in Rathfriland, and we are now recruiting Community Care Workers in Hilltown. We have the following rotas -Morning - 07:00 - 14:30 Afternoon - 15:00 -18:30 Put to bed - 19:00 - 23:00. All or any of these rotas may be worked - fully discussed at interview. No qualifications or training are necessary for the role, as NWCare will provide full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.

Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.

Great communication skills.

Able to promote and deliver person centred care.

Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Be well organised/professional/caring.

Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.

QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.

Paid caring experience.
