Community Clinical Partner (Cnm1) - Dublin - Hybrid

TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Community Clinical Partner Lead (CNM1) with on if Ireland's leading Intellectual and Neurological disabilities services in Ireland.
The post is based in the Dublin area working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This is a Hybrid role.
The Role:
The Community Clinical Partner, reporting to the Regional Head of Clinical Support Services, will provide support and clinical oversight in each assigned service in the standardised implementation of organisational clinical policy and procedures, ensuring full compliance with policy, statutory and legislative requirements and standards.
Operating out of a social model of disability, you will have responsibility to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services. Working as part of the Eastern Community Team you will be providing support with clinical assessments and promoting a culture of professional development for all staff in the region.
Who we are looking for.
Hold a nursing qualification and registered in the general and or intellectual division with An Bord Altranais.
A minimum of two years experience at CNM1 Level or above.
Experience of working in a care delivery capacity and have awareness of HIQA.
Experience of delivering training.
Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
Desire for personal and professional development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
