Community Consultation - Researcher

The Trustees of The Mowlem Theatre are looking for an experienced individual or organisation with proven experience of working with Entertainment venues and in particular Theatres and Cinemas to manage and deliver a Community Consultation in the Autumn of 2024.

Objectives

1. Carry out an extensive consultation within the community of Swanage and the Isle of Purbeck, inviting the participation of local stakeholder groups, businesses, community representatives and the general public, including current and potential audience members.
2. Inform The Mowlem's proposed Audience Development Plan and future programming by presenting clear recommendations to ensure we meet the needs and interests of the communities of Swanage and the Isle of Purbeck.
3. Produce recommendations with short, medium and long term goals
4. The consultation should be developed in the context of the Arts Council Let's Create 10 Year Vision.

Timescale

We would like the consultation to take place during the Autumn of 2024.

Selection Process

A panel of Trustees will review all proposals, scoring against your understanding and interpretation of the brief, relevant experience and proposed methodology. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend an interview.
