Community Facilitator and Interviewer

The Community Facilitator and Interviewer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a series of community engagement events designed to identify and record local storytellers and their tales, compiling narrative material and for supporting the development of a Storytellers exhibition at the museum.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential groups/individuals to work with and collect Cumbrian stories.
• Organise and run community events to capture content and build relationships with participants.
• Compile narrative material, working towards exhibition and events in Year Two.

Evening and weekend flexibility will be needed, alongside your own transport, so that we can reach out to rural communities around the county.
