, In return, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a dynamic community team with the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge through training, support and supervision., , As a senior Health Care Support Worker you will be responsible for the delivery of high standard, cost effective nursing care, under the supervision of the Team Leader or delegated representative., , You will ensure that patients receive safe, individualised and effective standards of care by following care plans and treatment interventions as directed by the Team Leader., , Although you will act at all times as directed by the nurse in charge of the caseload, you should be competent to work without direct supervision, within a framework that has been agreed by the Team Leader., , You will communicate effectively at all times and in conjunction with other team members.
