TFS Healthcare are proud to be partnered with a leading provider of Community and Cancer care in the UK and Ireland. We are supporting them in their search to find an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Community Nursing team in Surrey/surrounding areas. Our clients expert care team is a dynamic group of decision-makers who work collaboratively to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of their patients. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday.
As a Community Nurse, you will:
- This role will involve providing direct nursing care to patients in their homes across Surrey
- You will oversee a caseload of approx. 4-5 patients per day
- To prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient's condition and escalate to the senior nursing team/clinicians immediately.
- Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
The suitable candidate will have:
- Current NMC Registration - RGN Adult Nurse
- Previous community experience is desirable
- Experience in IV therapies, Venepuncture & Cannulation
- Valid Drivers License
