We have a rare opportunity to join us as a Community Nurse as part of our Alina Homecare Disability Support Team in Eastleigh, covering counties in the South of England! You’ll play a key part in supporting the Team by helping to assess complex care needs for new and existing service users.
You’ll be…
- Developing – maintaining your own professional portfolio to maintain current NMC registration
- Collaborating – with Team members & other healthcare professionals
- Leading – encouraging personal & professional growth of Team members & acting as a mentor
- Training – providing clinical training & sourcing training programs to ensure the Team’s competency to meet clinical health needs
- Coordinating – assisting with support plans, risk assessments & guidelines for Teams to abide by
- Communicating – with service users & their support network, office & support staff
- Administration – participating in audits to meet objectives & upkeep company records
