We have an urgent requirement for Community Nurses in West London to start immediately, paying �23-24 per hour.

* Band 5Community Nurse (RGN)
* W6 - Hammersmith
* ASAP
* WALKERS ACCEPTED
* Full-time/ Part time
* Pay: �23-�24 per hour.

As a registered nurse you will:

* Have experience as a Registered nurse in a community setting.
* Be able to plan and deliver patient care to a high standard.
* Be a current Community RGN (ideally working for NHS Trusts)
* Have experience managing your workload and liaising with other healthcare professionals.
* Have a valid NWC pin.
* Be a current resident and have right to work in the UK.
