Hours - Mon - Fri - 9am-5pm with limited on call requirements (every few weeks)
Contract - Fixed Term Contract- 3 Months
MediTalent are recruiting for a Community Palliative Care Manager to work for our client- a leading healthcare provider in Gloucestershire- within their hospice.
As a Community Palliative Care Manager, your role will be to manage a team of nurses and HCA's providing high quality care for end of life patients within their own homes.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, at least 1 year of experience in Palliative Care, and preferably in a District or Community setting.
They must also have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
While leadership experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
Skills required:

• Must have NMC pin with no restrictions.


• Palliative Care experience


• Community Nurse experience


• Must hold a full UK driving license.


• Leadership experience- desirable


• Strong organisation and communication skills
