The AMH East Integrated Community Team is committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals with mental health needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join in delivering exceptional care within an integrated community service.
Position Overview:
As a Band 6 CPN, you will play a pivotal role in our Integrated Community Team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your role will involve assessment, care planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions within the community setting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Nursing qualification.
- Experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
- Band 6 level experience or equivalent, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage cases effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and their families.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, along with a good understanding of evidence-based CAMHS interventions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive team culture.
