Community Rehabilitation Support Worker (Sheffield S6)

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury. The role involves doing interesting activities and working with the team to find creative solutions. No two days are the same!

We are expanding our team in the Sheffield area. In particular we are looking for commitment and proactive Support Workers to cover these shifts in the S6 area:

6am-10am

10am-2pm

2pm-6pm

The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work (there is the opportunity to do some work in our residential rehab service alongside the role where people enjoy variety or breadth in experience)

The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
