Hunter MH are currently searching for experienced, dedicated and committed Band 5 Community Registered Nurse on a full-time basis (37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5)
We work with an outstanding range of Public and private healthcare settings within Cheltenham and Cirencester.
You will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team, providing nursing care to patients suffering from a wide variety of medical conditions and illnesses, supporting in their treatment, recovery, and well-being.

Requirements
* NMC registered nurse
* Current resident and Right to work in the UK!
* Highly experienced Community Band 5 nurse
* Competent using System 1 software.
* Assess patient and carers needs through strength based assessment.
* Develop individual care plans in partnership with patients and carers. This will include information, advice, sign-posting and education.
* Regularly evaluate care plans to ensure they are up to date and appropriate, reporting clinical changes or areas of concern to the appropriate member of the team.
* Provide skilled nursing care interventions, support and advice to colleagues, patients and carers.
* Work to reduce unwarranted variation in clinical practice, providing evidence based intervention
Must have:
* Current valid NMC registration
* Current satisfactory Enhanced DBS Certificate#
* Experience working as a DN within a community setting.
* You must have the relevant UK experience.
