To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care.
To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.
An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Brynmawr Community Nursing Team as part of the Brynmawr Integrated District Nurse Team.
Applications are invited from nurses who are interested in developing their career within the Primary and Community Services Division. Great opportunities are available to the suitable candidates who demonstrate a real passion for wanting to provide expert nursing care to patients within their own homes.

This is an exciting time for community services and we are seeking the right candidate to assist us in ensuring we fulfil the care closer to home agenda.
