SalaryWe are the Bolton FT Out of Hours District Nursing Team who cover the whole geographical area of Bolton. We are looking to recruit Band 5 Staff nurses to join our dynamic, supportive and progressive team.
If you have no community experience or are newly qualified we have a full preceptorship and training package available. Similarly if you have community experience, preceptorship/training is still available.

The hours available are for Evening Service and can be looked at individually to suit the applicant. The weekly hours available are 12 and 16 hours to be fully flexible 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

The Integrated Community Services Division provides a number of integrated and specialist community services across Bolton. The Division includes Integrated Discharge, Intermediate Care, Neighbourhood’s (including Community Nursing), Falls and Frailty, Treatment Rooms, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Specialist Weight Management, Bladder and Bowel, Homeless support, Treatment rooms, Anti-coagulation, Community Neurology, Health Improvement, Allied Health Professionals and End of Life care.
