What we ask from you Role Working in collaboration with the muti-disciplinary team and colleagues to:- -Promote independence and support patient centred care planning.-Provide care directly to patients on the caseload with a range of nursing needs (including palliative care, complex wound care, pelvic health, medication administration).-Work autonomously, in line with your scope of practice, competence and policies.-Handover patient information to the wider team, document patient information effectively.-Escalation of patients needs as appropriate. Qualifications and training Essential- Nursing degree (Or equivalent) including registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.Desirable- Further continued professional development, practice supervisor and assessor training.
