About the job…….
Working within the Community Support Services you will have the opportunity to work in both supported living and day opportunities. Some evening/weekend and bank holiday work is required to meet the needs of the Community Support Service and its service users, however we are open to negotiation and will consider flexible working patterns to suit your life style including nights, days, evenings, weekends and will consider term time only options for the right applicants.
Due to the nature of the role, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required.
Basic pay of £11.79 - £11.98 per hour, Saturdays at £17.69 - £17.97 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £23.58 - £23.96 per hour. All hours worked above 37 hours per week paid at £23.96 per hour.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however, we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications fully funded by us!
