Community Support Worker

Team Support Group are delighted to be partnering with a not for profit organisation based in the Sandwell area who are seeking a community worker to join their growing team
The Hours 37 hours per week
The Salary GBP24,365 per annum
The Role
Working within the community you will be reponsible for working with individuals across the community providing skills to promote independancy Signposting to relelvant services Enpowering individuals to live independant lives Encouraging residents to actively participate in community programmes Maximise residents access to sound advice and to community schemes. About You
If you have experience working with vunerable individuals in a community based setting we would be excited to speak with you.
A full Driving Licence is required for this postion as you will be working across the community.
