Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar care role, preferably working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of learning disabilities, their impact on individuals, and appropriate care approaches.
- Compassion, empathy, and patience to support individuals with diverse needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
