Company Commercial Solicitor – Our client is a Legal 500 firm, based in an affluent area of central London with a great reputation. They are now seeking a further senior Company Commercial Solicitor to join them.
About the Role  
They are looking for a confident candidate who can step into an existing caseload whilst aiding in the further development of the department. You will need strong knowledge of international commercial projects, commercial contracts, distribution and franchise agreements, partnership and LLP’s, IP and insolvency matters. They are a very active member of an international referral group and therefore the source of work is varied and can often involve multi-jurisdictional matters.
Candidate Requirements
You will need good technical knowledge, the ability to work well with other departments and a keen interest in marketing and business development with a desire to help grow and shape the department. They are looking for a senior figure and feel the role suits a Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
