As a CoSec professional, you will come on board to assist with expanding the Company Secretarial team. You will be able to show excellent people management skills, as well as the capability to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will also have the drive to grow the corporate governance and Company Secretarial offering to a wider audience and be comfortable with business development.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to prospective clients of the Firm
- Companies House filings, capital issues and restructuring
- Networking to enhance the client-base
- Develop the corporate governance and Company Secretarial offering
Requirements:
- CGI qualified or moving towards the qualification
- Excellent knowhow of corporate governance codes, Director's duties and terms of reference
- Professional services experience
- Prior business development experience
