About You
- You will have experience with all Company Secretarial matters to be able to provide a fully outsourced co sec function to the client portfolio
- Formation of Companies for new and existing companies
- Working to adhere to all relevant legislative requirements to include Companies Act
- Incorporation: change of registered offices; share capital changes; directorate changes; advising on Corporate Governance matters as needed
- Enjoy extensive client liaison at a senior level and working closely with the Partners within the firm
- Excellent eye for detail and enjoys working to adhere to legal requirements relevant to company formation and requirements of registered companies
Location
This Company Secretarial job is based in Guildford and is commutable from Leatherhead, Esher, Woking, Weybridge and surrounding areas.
