I am recruiting for a Company Secretary Assistant (12 month contract) in Hampshire for a leading professional services firm. This hybrid-working role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with department heads and partners and provide strong exposure to working with this firm's clients.
This is a hybrid-working position (3 days minimum office attendance).
About you:
- Managing a portfolio of UK clients (Limited Companies and LLPs)
- Companies House Filings
- Maintaining statutory registers/ records
- Annual compliance and confirmation statements
- Attending board and shareholder meetings
- Preparing resolutions and board minutes
Key skills:
- 1+ year of UK Company Secretarial experience
- Professional experience preferred (legal, accountancy or corporate services firm)
- Ideally holding CGI qualifications or studying towards
