The Company Vehicles team manages the provision of over 6,000 ‘Management Owned Vehicles’ annually for the JLR organisation. This includes the ordering and administration of Management vehicles for current managers, retiree managers and other groups. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the fleet is optimised both in terms of its utilisation and its timely disposal. This role delivers high levels of customer service to its Management users, from initial first contact; through to delivering vehicles in an orderly fashion within current JLR Company Vehicles re-order parameters.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Direct contact with all new/internal & total loss customers on all aspects relating to ordering a company vehicle, and throughout the vehicles lease period, through to re-ordering and hand-back.
- Administration of all home deliveries/loan agreement creation/InControl & vehicle delivery
- Initial contact for all new recruits and promotions entitled to a management vehicle.
- Shared administration of the Company Vehicles Database for all Reporting & Management orders when the Senior Analyst is absent.
- JLR Retirees car scheme support contact – provide reconciliation Pension reports to Pension payroll for monthly deductions
- JOB car and 3rd Party car scheme support contact – provide reconciliation Pension reports to Pension payroll for monthly deductions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Ability to ‘overcome’ hurdles and put the ‘Customer First’
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate at varying levels within the organisation.
- Ability to react quickly and decisively under pressure.
- Prior experience in a customer facing role is essential
- Good working knowledge of MS packages such as Excel
