We are looking for:
    

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to be responsible for producing an effective and economical compensation structure. Following an evaluation process this person would lead development of the new structure guided by industry benchmarking of Compensation and Benefits packages. Ideally to be located at our Hoddesdon site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits analysis or a related HR role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate Compensation and Benefits data to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards
  • Develop and update compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs based on market research and internal data
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing Compensation and Benefits programs
  • Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to identify and address Compensation and Benefits issues or opportunities
  • Prepare reports and presentations on Compensation and Benefits trends, budget analysis, and 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to Compensation and Benefits

Pharmaron acquired the Hoddesdon campus, consisting of several purpose built scientific and administrative buildings together with a purpose built conference area in February 2017. The research building has more than 5,000m2 of premier R&D space and houses an established Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Drug Discovery teams. In addition, a Formulation Development team was also recently established. The Hoddesdon site has state-of-the-art Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard facilities for the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Formulation Development (FD) and Process Chemistry (PC).
