Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the compensation activities including specific regional benchmarking.
* Leading on UK and EMEA pay reviews and bonus reviews.
* Industry benchmarking.
* Leading on salary and bonus surveys.
* Supporting on pay structures and design.
* Developing data and insights reporting tools.
Experience:
* Experience of UK and EMEA Compensation programmes.
* Excellent Data and analytical experience.
* Experience of communicating across a senior stakeholder groups.
* Ability to convey complex technical solutions across a variety of business functions.
