Pay: GBP13.69 per hour, 37 hours per week (no part time)

Length: 3 months

Location: Hybrid with every Wednesday in the office (Ipswich, Endeavour House)

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for temporary Compliant Resolution Officer to join their Inclusion / Complaints service.

Main duties for this role are:

• Collate information for and draft complaint, operational, and enquiry responses
• Ensure internal communication is prioritised accordingly and responded to promptly
• Assist in allocating complaints and enquiries on a daily basis
• Work alongside and provide cover for the management of the complaints dashboard
• Support development of the wider service area to improve ways of working (i.e. refining processes, sharing feedback)
• Support the Inclusion Resolution Lead and SEND Manager on any ad-hoc data requests and analysis
• Attend meetings alongside the Inclusion Resolution Lead and SEND Manager where required

We are looking for confident administrator, good literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to produce clear, concise and well-presented correspondence, written reports, and materials for public information. Ability to organise own workload and priorities conflicting demands.
