Role:
- Ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolved to a professional standard
- Provide resolution to customer complaints, developing and maintaining regular contact with customers when required to manage expectations
- Set realistic timescales and expectations with customers and provide regular progress updates
- Highlight system and data errors, making recommendations for action or improvements
- Ensure all customer demands are accurately and completely recorded
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric
- Team player
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
