Job description

Job Title: Complaints Advisor

Location: Solihull

Role:

  • Ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolved to a professional standard
  • Provide resolution to customer complaints, developing and maintaining regular contact with customers when required to manage expectations
  • Set realistic timescales and expectations with customers and provide regular progress updates
  • Highlight system and data errors, making recommendations for action or improvements
  • Ensure all customer demands are accurately and completely recorded

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer centric
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
