Connect2Kent is currently seeking a Complaints and Customer Care Adviser to join a temporary assignment for Kent County Council's Children, Young People and Education Team.
- Ashford Based
- 13.15 per hour
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
- Flexitime
Job Purpose
Assist the Complaints and Customer Care Manager with the management and processing of complaints, compliments, enquiries, and Customer Care initiatives within the directorate.
Skills/Experience
- Experience of working within a Customer Care/complaints service.
- Experience of drafting complaint responses and/or correspondence and detailed documentation.
- Working within a team and independently
- Tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills
- Awareness of GDPR and confidentiality issues
- Good awareness of policy and service provision across the Children, Young People and Education, including safeguarding procedures.
