My client is looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join there leading Property Services company in based in Basildon on a permanent basis

Flexible Working & Flexible Bank HolidaysYou will be logging and investigating complaints about repairs, working with contractors to plan and complete these works to offer a swift resolution. Working towards KPI'S and agreed targets for your service area.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has relevant experience within a maintenance or trade based background, with experience of repairs planning. Must have strong administration skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Must be able to work in an office in London
