Complaints Officer
Perm, Full time, 40 hours a week
Office based in Slough
Maintenance Contractor
28,000 - 30,000 PA + Benefits
Complaints experience is required ideally within Social Housing

Responsibilities:

• Manage stage 1/ 2, EHO's/ Disrepairs and councillor and MP enquires.
• Manage and coordinate all outstanding repair works that relate to a complaint through to resolution (including chasing client/ operative, contractor updates, scheduling of works)
• Arranging contractor appointments
• Holding briefing sessions and/or drop-in sessions so residents can understand how and when specific works will take place as well as what the impact will be on their day to day lives
• Deal with queries as and when they come in

Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience of working in a complaints position
• Experience within social housing, working for a local authority, HA or Contractor.
• Wide ranging experience of decanting in regeneration scenarios
