Our client in the Banking sector is seeking a Senior Associate - Complaints Team, to join as soon as possible on permanent basis with a salary of £27,000 - £28,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package including private healthcare, generous holiday.
What does the role entail?
Working as a Senior Associate - Complaints Team you will be a flexible and adaptable resource who is capable of investigating customer complaints and, where necessary, contact customers and staff to gather and record full and accurate information. To conduct high quality dialogue with the customer (both written and verbal) to resolve complaints, ensuring a fair outcome for the customer and Bank in line with Consumer Duty and TCF.
What skills will you have?
The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate - Complaints Team should have proven experience, knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and proven experience of the financial services complaint process. You should also have good Retail Banking knowledge as well as Risk and Compliance.
