We are currently looking for a Senior Complaints Specialist to join our client based in Portsmouth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role or is looking to progress up into this position.
Duties include -
* Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process.
* Own and handle all complaints that are of a significant complexity or vulnerable nature.
* Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint.
* Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out.
* Provide a great level of service at all times.
Requirements -
* Experience investigating complaints with FCA regulations
* Organised and great time management
* Great verbal and written communication
This is a Hybrid role but you must be able to locate to office.
