About the position of Completions Case Manager
Working for a specialist lender is a superb opportunity for an individual with mortgage experience with a keen interest in working in Mortgage Completions. Mortgage Completions experience is desirable but not essential, providing you have worked in the mortgage sector
As a Completion Case manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of Buy to Let 1st charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued
Responsibilities for the role of Completions Case Manager
- Engage with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to obtain information to progress cases to completion
- Monitor and manage the upcoming expiration of documents and offers
- Update all relevant systems to maintain management information
- Ensure that all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases completing
- Work closely with the underwriting team to effectively manage the post-offer caseload
- Process incoming completion documentation either via post, email etc
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly completion forecasts to line manager
- Gain a full understanding or the underwriting process (underwriting cross-skill to provide cover when required
Experience and skills required for the role of Completions Case Manager
- Experience in the mortgage sector will be required - completions experience whilst is desirable is not essential
- A good understanding of the underwriting process
- Good organisational skills with good time management
- Attention to detail
- Driven to achieve results
- Personable
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software
