Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Complex Care team in Invergordon working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. You'll be part of a team providing care and support to an adult male who has Complex Care needs due to muscular dystrophy and diabetes, his specific care needs include:

• Tracheostomy
• PEG
• Ventilation
• Medication Management and administration
• Personal Care

We are looking for a compassionate and kind person, previous experience is preferred but not essential. Our client used to be a chef and enjoys gaming and films so if you are dedicated to supporting others and have common interests - please apply for this full-time care role.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We believe that home care is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is required.
