The clients we support have an array of high dependency needs, this may include supporting clients with spinal injuries, tracheostomy care, suction, cough assist and more.

Do you need experience?

As much as this is preferred for a Complex Care role, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care for any of our other roles.

How will you be helping?

• Medication management and administration
• Help around the house

• General emotional support

We're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• A driver's licence is essential
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
